Cannot Claim The Amount, What To Do?

 

• Please enter the name of the beneficiary as it appears in your bank account in English.
• Make sure to update the app to the latest version.
•  Please do not leave spaces between the numbers in the IBAN.
• The amount added to the wallet by your personal bank account cannot be claimed, you can just use it to purchase tickets.
• The minimum charge of claiming is 50 SAR.
