How To Claim The Amount?

  • Download webook.com Application from the Apple Store/Google Play.
  • Login to your account through the application by entering your email address and password.
  • Tapping on the " Me" icon located at the bottom of the application.
  • Click on the amount then tap on "claim amount "
  • Make sure to add the bank information correctly (the full name of the beneficiary as listed in the bank - the IBAN without spaces between the letters and numbers - the name of the bank)
  • Submitting the claim request

    J'attends toujours le retour de ma réclamation par rapport au billet acheter , pour le match IRtanger vs AS FAR qui se joue à huit clos le prix du billet 100dh
