How Can I Retrieve My Tickets?

 

You can retrieve your unsold tickets from the resell platform before the events’/experiences’ time slot by following the steps below :

• Login to your account through the application by entering your email address and password.
• Tapping on the " bookings" icon located at the bottom of the application.
• Press the three-dot icon at the top of the page.
• click on “My resell list” 
• click on "retrieve ticket".
