How To Receive Tickets Sent To Me?

• Download webook.com Application from the Apple Store/Google Play.
• Login to your account through the application by entering your email address and password.
• Tapping on the " bookings" icon located at the bottom of the application.
• Press the three-dot icon at the right corner of the booking page.
• Select "sending/receiving history" and decide whether to accept or decline the sent ticket based on your preference. 

-Note: if still can not see the tickets sent to you after following the steps, please make sure that the sender entered the email correctly.
