When The Amount Will Be Transferred To My Bank Account?

 

  • Once the claim request is submitted, the balance will be transferred to your bank account from 14-21 working days. (excluding Fridays and Saturdays ).

Note: If the bank information is added incorrectly, the request will be rejected and the balance will be retrieved to your wallet. You will be notified via email, and you can submit a new request after ensuring that your bank information is added correctly.

    I request immediate clarification on the status of my payment and an explanation as to why this delay has occurred. Should I not receive a clear and satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to report this issue to the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, as this situation may qualify as fraudulent behavior.
